- Processing time may vary from 7 to 30 working days after approval.
3.2 Non-Refundable Services
- Some tickets or hotel bookings may be fully non-refundable
- Convenience fees, service charges, and payment gateway fees are non-refundable
3.3 Partial Refunds & Adjustments
- If eligible, only the refundable component will be credited after deducting cancellation and processing charges.
3.4 Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
